Restaurants, shops, Trinity U. are within walking distance. Only 5.4 miles to Airport and Short drive to FIESTA festivities in April! Only 3 miles to Downtown/River Walk, King Williams District and under 2 miles to the Quarry and the popular Pearl. Utilities, TV channels and Wifi are included in price. Free monthly cleaning. Weekly cleaning is available for an added fee.

This 1930s old world charm is in a perfect central location! You can relax in this spacious 1300 square feet 2 bedroom 1 bath while you prepare for a meeting or enjoy a home cooked meal after your visit to a nearby farmers market. Our goal is to maintain the property as close as possible to its original glory, therefore, the kitchen is basic; it has plenty of pots, pans, dishware, stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and washer-dryer. On days that you feel adventurous, because you are centrally located, you can explore nearby quaint shops not generally known to tourists or downtown festivities. Nearby attractions also include Down Town, the River Walk, museums,the Missions, Pearl Brewery and South Town. Front bedroom has two double bed, back bedroom has a king size bed and a sleeper sofa in living room.

Neighborhood overview
This desirable neighborhood and central location is perfect to enjoy both local and touristy venues. The neighborhood is generally quiet but on occasion music from Trinity, the Sunken Gardens or other San Antonio festivities may be heard at a distance. In close proximity to farmers markets and two universities, Trinity and Incarnate Word. Local and unique shops nearby. Tasty restaurants within walking distance. Dinner and music venues both casual and sophisticated not far away.
