Tobin Hill Estate is a beautiful, fully furnished, recently restored historic building that has been decorated by professional interior decorators. Unit 3 upstairs has a distinctly French flair and is named Marengo, after Napoleon's horse. Unit 4 downstairs has a western theme and is named Little Texas after Teddy Roosevelt's horse. Tobin Hill Estate is located within walking distance of the Pearl Brewery in the historic Tobin Hill District of San Antonio on the north side of the River Walk. Situated near San Antonio's thriving business district, it is the perfect residence for an extended business trip. Other nearby attractions include: The Alamo, Brackenridge Park, the San Antonio Zoo, and many of San Antonio's great universities (Trinity, St. Mary's, and Incarnate Word.) As a veteran owned business who now travels extensively for work, it is designed with the business traveler in mind. We also welcome military families on TDY or going through PCS and tourists who want to soak in the colorful San Antonio culture.

Both units have a key-less electronic deadbolt locks and are equipped outdoors with Ring video surveillance cameras for the residents' peace of mind. Guests will be provided with the entry code, based off of their cell phone number, NLT 48 hours prior to their visit. These apartments both have a full sized washer and dryer, queen beds, a walk-in shower, and two toilets. The downstairs unit has a small, peaceful, fenced-in backyard. The upstairs unit has a pleasant balcony with views of downtown San Antonio. These units are regularly professionally cleaned. We take pride in the details we have provided for our guests enjoyment.
